Sempre visito o São Braz, o atendimento é algo fora do normal, o cuidado que as atendentes tem com os clientes nos chama a atenção o tempo todo. O café e os pratos servidos são maravilhosos. Ontem mesmo estive e provei mais uma delícia.

O Café São Braz no River Shopping é um lugar que me traz ótimas lembranças e me faz sentir um pouco mais perto da tradição pernambucana. A atmosfera acolhedora e o aroma delicioso de café fresco já são um convite para uma pausa relaxante durante as compras. Mas o que realmente me atrai e me faz retornar sempre é a oportunidade de saborear o autêntico bolo Souza Leão. A tradição do bolo Souza Leão no São Braz é algo que merece ser destacado. A receita, que atravessa gerações, é preparada com maestria, resultando em um bolo de mandioca incrivelmente cremoso e saboroso. A textura delicada e o sabor levemente adocicado, com um toque sutil do coco, fazem com que cada fatia seja uma experiência única. Para mim, não há acompanhamento melhor para o café da tarde do que uma generosa porção desse bolo que me remete à minha infância e aos sabores da minha terra. Além da qualidade inquestionável do bolo Souza Leão, o atendimento atencioso e a variedade de opções no cardápio do São Braz do River Shopping também contribuem para uma experiência positiva. Seja para um rápido espresso, um cappuccino cremoso ou para experimentar outros quitutes regionais, o café oferece um espaço agradável para todos os gostos. No entanto, para mim, a estrela principal continua sendo o bolo Souza Leão, um pedacinho da história e da cultura pernambucana que encontro sempre fresquinho e delicioso no São Braz.

Sofisticada coffee shop localizada no interior do river shopping, petrolina, Pernambuco. Atendimento de primeira. Acolhem o cliente. Café excelente e pão de queijo e outras especiarias. Recomendo.

Um ambiente muito bom, sempre aconchegante com o ar condicionado na medida certa (um pouco mais gelado que o do shopping), tem excelentes cafés e outras bebidas, confortável e com capacidade para bastante pessoas... Também tem sobremesas e outros pratos e aperitivos que não provei ainda mas vale a pena uma visita. Apesar de ser um ambiente muito bom o conforto poderia melhorar um pouco, o bom é que tem sofá nas laterais que ajuda bastante mas para a minha estatura poderia ser um pouquinho melhor.
